After several years of intensive research and development Boxyl Food Technology B.V created a powerful new product: Boxyl®.
Boxyl® is an environmental friendly product for reduction/elimination of organic and bacteriological pollution. Boxy®l controls the bacteriological situation in fish processing, food producing, agri-business, drinking water and other applications.
Composition.
The active ingredient is atomic Oxygen, whereas the carrier prevents rapid dissolution of the Oxygen. Atomic oxygen is responsible for burning/oxidizing micro-organisms. The long lasting and preserving effect of Boxyl® is caused by the carrier.
Properties.
Boxyl® burns (oxidizes) bacteria and organic pollution.
Boxyl® protects the ... product against infection and re-infection.
Boxyl® works at its optimum between 0 - 20 ?C. (a higher temperature causes Boxyl® to dissolve faster).
Due to Boxyl®'s large-scale disinfectant action, it destroys bacteria, viruses, moulds, algae and prevents slime and slime build up.
The disinfectant is not an antibiotic, therefore bacteria cannot become resistant to Boxyl®.
